Are you actually moving my freight, or selling me software?
We are the forwarder. We book the carriers, arrange the customs clearance and deliver to the door. Waybil is the platform we built to run it, and you get access because you should be able to see your own shipment without asking anyone.
Is there a minimum volume?
No. One shipment a month is a real customer here, with a dedicated contact, the same as anyone else.
What does "clear pricing" actually mean?
Every cost we can see is in the quote, and our number does not move once you accept it. Anything else we pay on your behalf reaches you at cost, exactly what we were charged, with the document that proves it. When something changes you hear it from us before it reaches an invoice, with the number and your options.
You say zero demurrage. Is that a guarantee?
It is a record, not a guarantee. To date, no client has paid a demurrage charge caused by us. Demurrage can still arise from a customs hold, or a decision on your side. What we commit to is that you will see the clock running and hear from us long before it costs anything.
Will I be dealing with a bot?
No. The software reads documents, tracks shipments and watches deadlines, which is exactly the work that should never depend on someone being awake. Every judgement call and every conversation is handled by a person.
How fast do you quote?
Same business day on routes we run regularly. If a carrier has to come back to us first, you hear that the same day too, along with when to expect the number.
What routes do you cover?
Europe to anywhere, anywhere to Europe, anywhere in Europe, with customs and final delivery included. Send us the origin and destination and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right forwarder for it.
